Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Charges

  • 0% of Total Room Tariff if cancelled 15 days or more in advance.
  • 25% of Total Room Tariff if cancelled 96 hours (4 days) or more in advance.
  • 50% of Total Room Tariff if cancelled 48 - 96 hours (2-4) days in advance.
  • 100% of Total Room Tariff if cancelled within 24 hours (1 day) prior to check-in date.
  • Cancellations of Credit card and online payment payments will be charged 5% extra.
  • In the event of part cancellation of the reservation (i.e. reduction in duration or number of rooms), the above cancellation policy will apply on a pro-rata basis.

For the New Year Eve period (covering any dates between 23 December and 2 January)

  • 25% of Total Room Tariff if cancelled 30 days or more in advance.
  • 50% of Total Room Tariff if cancelled 16-30 days or more in advance.
  • 100% of Total Room Tariff if cancelled within 15 days prior to check-in date.
  • Cancellations of Credit card and online payment payments will be charged 5% extra.
  • In the event of part cancellation of the reservation (i.e. reduction in duration or number of rooms), the above cancellation policy will apply on a pro-rata basis.

Refunds

  • Refunds are made only through cheque for bookings made by cash/ cheque/ bank transfer.
  • Online refunds for bookings made through the payment gateway (PayU) on our website usually take 5 working days. PayU may deduct 2-5% as charges.
  • Credit card refunds will only be made against credit card bookings and usually take 15 working days. The original receipt must be presented for processing the refund. Credit card cancellations will be charged 5% extra.
